Get ready to feel the burn in this energizing, full-body conditioning class that blends the precision and control of Mat Pilates with the dynamic sculpting of a Barre-inspired workout. The first half of class focuses on a Pilates Mat Flow emphasizing core stability, alignment, and precise movement. We then transition to the Barre component, utilizing small props (like resistance bands, light weights, or balls) and adding light cardio choreographed to high-energy music. This fusion targets and fatigues major muscle groups, improving balance, endurance, and strength.
